Insurances Accepted:

We accept all PPO dental plans as "out - of " network providers.
We are contracted with United Concordia and Delta Dental Premiere.

Payments:

  • We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
  • Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis for no more than 90 days.
  • Personal Checks with ID. There will be a $30 charge for any bounced check.
